Viking Pools Gives Back - We Care!
Viking Pools, along with The Pool Guyz donated a pool WITH installation TO The Katelyn Foundation IN Tampa, FL to HELP fUrther their MISSION to teach kids how to swim.

No parent should have to experience the heartbreaking loss of a child. No family should have to bear the far-reaching emotional burden. In memory of Katelyn T. Michaud, mother Sandra Testo-Michaud and uncle Robert J. Testo, III have launched The Katelyn Foundation.
Why THE KATELYN FOUNDATION Came to Be
Two year-old Katelyn Michaud tragically died in a swimming pool accident on January 27, 2004. In response to her death, The Katelyn Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization for child safety awareness, was founded in 2006 by her mother and uncle to honor her memory and prevent the loss or serious injury of other precious children. The Katelyn Foundation's mission is to promote child safety through public awareness and education.

Viking Pools recently installed an Ocean Breeze pool for Camp Heartland, a camp for kids with HIV/AIDS in Willow River, Minnesota.
Here’s what Camp Heartland had to say. "The volunteers, board, and staffof Camp Heartland believe that all children deserve a welcoming place in the world. Each year, the organization impacts thousands of at-risk and marginalized children through year-round support, advocacy, life skills and recreational programs, and community awareness efforts. With a core mission of enhancing the lives of children impacted by HIV/AIDS, the national nonprofit Camp Heartland additionally utilizes its camp and facility and expertise in supportive programming to reach out to youth experiencing grief, foster care, Crohn’s disease and colitis, poverty, and other troubling situations. Now in its 14th year of service to US children, Camp Heartland and its Global Heartland programs have also begun to provide technical support, training, and other resources to organizations fighting the AIDS pandemic worldwide."

Viking Pools has partnered with ABC’s Emmy winning Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on several episodes. The reality show helps families in need by renovating their home and backyard. Viking Pools has donated 14 + pools to families across the country.
